ungay Folly Studio Bed and Breakfast is a pretty and comfortable private home just outside of Bungay, an ancient market town in Suffolk. Set on top of a hill overlooking the Waveney Valley, this bed and breakfast has super views. We offer a large conservatory for relaxing, delicious breakfasts and a real home from home.

Enjoy the charming garden and an interesting courtyard. We serve a full English breakfast with homemade jams, marmalades and freshly made coffee or tea. Or, we can provide you with a light continental breakfast with fresh fruit.

Easy access for the elderly.

This bed and breakfast is ideally situated close to the beautiful city of Norwich (half an hour drive) and close to the coastal town of Southwold with its charming beach, pier and excellent pubs. The Norfolk Broads are within a 10 minute drive, in Beccles.

"The Folly Studio" - Ann's tiny, pretty art studio is in a secret courtyard garden. Lots of art for sale and if you feel like painting do join in! (Tuition can also be arranged with Christopher Humphries, a local professional artist).
Ann is opening her private garden (this year featuring sculptures and paintings) for the Black Dog Bungay Garden Trail on 14th & 15th July 2012 open from 2-5 p.m. (with teas until 4 p.m.)
